Solution

TechFleet implemented Stocky Space with four clusters and 15 stages covering the complete asset lifecycle — from inbound operations through inventory, service operations, and end of life. Mandatory data capture at each transition ensured complete records, and role-based authorization controlled who could move devices between stages.
